The Hanoi Department of Finance has issued a notice inviting interest in the Nam Dai Lo Thang Long urban functional area.
The project is located in Dai Mo ward, with a total investment capital of nearly 20,247 billion VND, and a population of about 10,000 people. The project is scheduled to be implemented from 2025 to 2030.

Project location: Nam Dai Lo Thang Long urban area.
Regarding the boundaries, the project borders Thang Long Boulevard to the North; the East borders the area planned to house the headquarters of central ministries and existing residential areas; the South borders Nhue River; the West borders a 21.25m wide planned road.
Specifically, the Nam Dai Lo Thang Long urban area is located at the intersection of Thang Long Boulevard and Le Quang Dao Street, less than 1 km from Vinhomes Green Bay. It is known that the villa area at Vinhomes Green Bay is the most expensive in Hanoi with the price of some lakeside apartments reaching up to 1.5 billion VND/m2.
The project is adjacent to Thang Long Boulevard - the longest and most modern avenue in Vietnam today.
The total project area is about 75 hectares, including 65.9 hectares of civil land, 6.9 hectares of other civil land and 2.2 hectares of non-civil land. The residential land occupies 13.9 hectares, planned in a variety of ways: 28 plots of townhouses (total area of 5.3 hectares, 5 floors high); 13 plots of semi-detached villas (4.9 hectares, 4 floors high); 20 plots of detached villas (3.7 hectares, 4 floors high).
In addition to the housing system, the project also allocates land for essential social facilities such as: Nursery, kindergarten (0.8 ha), primary school (1 ha), secondary school (0.8 ha) and 4 parking lots (0.4 ha). The social and technical infrastructure system is designed synchronously, aiming to form an urban area with quality living space, meeting sustainable development standards.
Right next to the project is the planned headquarters of central ministries and existing residential areas.
Previously, the project was approved by the Hanoi People's Committee for detailed planning at a scale of 1/500 in December 2016.
Last July, Hanoi also announced that it was looking for an investor for the Uy No - Viet Hung social housing project located in Dong Anh commune, Hanoi. The project has a scale of about 38.4 hectares, with a total estimated investment of VND5,363 billion.
