On September 30, the investor of the Ecogarden urban area project started construction of the Best Western Premier - Hue Sky Hotel - a project to celebrate the 17th Hue City Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.
The project is located in the Thuy Van complex phase 2 (Vy Da ward, Hue city), invested by Cotana Capital Real Estate Investment and Development Joint Stock Company. The project consists of two 25-storey towers, one basement, with a scale of 370 international standard rooms, built on an area of over 5,400m², with a total investment of about 1,000 billion VND, expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2028.
Currently, the urban area has formed adjacent houses, villas, shophouses and more than 1,000 social housing apartments on 20% of the project's land fund. See more...
Land prices in the suburbs of Hanoi have increased by up to 84% in some places
Compared to the same period last year, land prices in some areas such as Hoai Duc, Me Linh, Quoc Oai have increased rapidly, in some places up to 84%.
According to a survey by PropertyGuru Group, compared to the same period in 2024, land prices in many areas such as Quoc Oai, Me Linh, Dong Anh, etc. have increased from 30% - 84%, especially in areas with advantages in infrastructure and traffic connections.
In Quoc Oai, land prices fluctuated slightly when trading in the range of 25-60 million VND/m2. Areas near main roads and new urban areas had prices ranging from 25-40 million VND/m2, an increase of nearly 40% over the same period last year. Some plots of land with 2 frontages, near new industrial parks reached the threshold of 60 million VND/m2.
Land prices in the Ha Dong area, the average price range fluctuated from 86 - 110 million VND/m2. In Thanh Ha Muong Thanh urban area, beautiful plots of land were traded around the price of 95-120 million VND/m2. This price has increased by 13.9% in the past year but decreased by 9.2% compared to the lower price of 121.1 million VND/m2 in June 2025. Commencement of social housing project worth nearly VND1,000 billion in Quang Ninh
On the morning of September 30, Tu Liem Urban Development Joint Stock Company (Lideco) held a groundbreaking ceremony for the social housing project in Cao Xanh and Ha Lam wards, Quang Ninh province.
The social housing project is built on the land fund coded OXH-01, belonging to the Urban Area project in Cao Thang, Ha Khanh and Ha Lam wards of the old Ha Long City, now Cao Xanh and Ha Lam wards.
The project has a total land area of 1.5 hectares, including a 19-storey apartment building with 17 floors of tower blocks and a technical attic.
The apartment building has 850 apartments for sale, lease-purchase, and rent with an area of 50-60m2/apartment for about 3,400 people, with a total investment of about 968 billion VND from non-state budget capital.
The project will be put into operation, exploitation, and operation in the fourth quarter of 2027. After the project is completed, the investor will select a management, operation, exploitation, repair and maintenance unit to maintain the operation of the entire project in accordance with relevant legal regulations.
